New Products from Eczema Honey April 2019: Lotion Stick, Baby Mittens, and Kid's Gloves

New Products from Eczema Honey April 2019: Lotion Stick, Baby Mittens, and Kid's Gloves

Spring is well underway and with the warmer weather and changing seasons, eczema symptoms can often get worse. Luckily, we have three new products just in time before Summer vacation begins: the Eczema Honey Lotion Stick, Eczema Mittens for Babies, and Eczema Gloves.

A few months ago, we introduced the cotton gloves for adults. These 100% hypoallergenic cotton gloves were perfect for mothers and fathers doing household chores without aggravating their eczema. However, we got many requests that we didn’t have sizes for babies or kids who are more prone to scratching themselves.

Another one of our most requested items were products designed for travel. Finally, we have the perfect on-the-go solution to eczema relief: the Lotion Stick.

Eczema Honey Premium Cotton Mittens for Babies

We now offer cotton mittens for babies (designed for babies aged 0-4). You might be wondering why babies need these but actually, they are the best line of defense against eczema symptoms for babies with eczema. A lot of babies (including my own) have eczema patches on the arms and legs. There’s really nothing you can do to prevent babies from scratching themselves. These gloves are comfortable for the baby to wear and stay put. It can drastically reduce their self-inflicted damage from scratching.

Eczema Honey Premium Cotton Gloves For Kids

We made our Premium Cotton Gloves for Kids to offer a smaller size that’s suitable for kids aged 4-11 (teens and above can use the adult-sized gloves). For younger kids, they are perfect to prevent self-inflicted damage from scratching. For older kids with eczema, it’s perfect to wear when they are doing everyday activities at home without aggravating their rash.

For both the baby mittens and kid’s gloves, another thing you can do is put our Eczema Honey Original Cream on hands with eczema and then put on the glove over it. This can increase the effectiveness of the cream.

Eczema Honey Lotion Stick

One of the most popular suggestions for new products from our fans is “travel products”! It took us a while since we wanted to get it right, but finally we have an ideal on-the-go eczema treatment solution. It takes all of the same benefits as our original cream but integrates a few other star ingredients: mango butter, coconut oil, and Vitamin-E oil.

The mango butter is there for its excellent moisturizing properties. It also allows the product to have a more solid consistency and take the form of a stick rather than a liquid. Coconut oil is also added for extra moisture. We use Vitamin-E oil for its antioxidants and for its ability to nourish the skin.

The format of a lotion stick (think like a deodorant bar or a very large lip balm) makes it so easy and convenient to apply the soothing relief anytime, anywhere. It makes it easier to get those hard-to-reach places too like on the legs. The 2.2oz size makes it suitable to take on planes too!

Key Ingredients:

  • Mango Butter Softening and soothing with essential fatty acids and antioxidants
  • Coconut Oil Helps act as an emollient for skin to provide hydrating power
  • Beeswax Intense moisturizing. Rich in Vitamin A
  • Colloidal Oatmeal Gently relaxes the skin, reducing inflammation and itchiness
  • Vitamin E Oil Antioxidant to richly nourish and soothe skin
  • Organic Honey Excellent bacteria-fighting properties
  • Essential Oils and Ingredients Blend of Chamomile Essential Oil and Lavender Essential Oil (for its anti-inflammatory and physically calming properties)

Does the new lotion stick have to be refrigerated?

Sarah

I just want to double check that the stick is nut free. My granddaughter has been using the nut free honey and it has done wonders for her. Thank you!
