We understand when it comes to sunscreen today, there’s no shortage of options. And while you have plenty of choices, it’s important that you find the one that is right for you. Choosing the right sunscreen can be confusing, particularly for those who suffer from eczema or with delicate skin. We’ve addressed the core qualities that make sunscreen less harmful, added a hydrating touch of natural ingredients and avoided unnecessary chemicals that could cause potential irritation. 

Protecting your skin from the sun is more important than ever, especially as the temperatures begin to rise and those of us who have delicate skin are always searching for a non-irritating everyday sunscreen. Our gentle and hydrating mineral sunscreen provides broad spectrum SPF 30 sun protection while leaving skin feeling moisturized and soft, so you’re protected all day long.

How does it protect your skin?

Dermatologists have recognized two active ingredients zinc oxide and titanium as safe ingredients for sunscreens. Our alcohol-free formula uses zinc oxide for sun protection and then incorporates hydrating shea butter and coconut alkanes for moisture and a silky finish. The sunscreen will protect the skin from free radical damage while also providing extreme moisturizing benefits. Zinc oxide and mineral sunscreens are great for people with sensitive skin. Mineral formulas do not sting and can help soothe. The mineral formula will provide protection against UVA and UVB rays and sit on top of the skin; while physical sunscreens absorb the sun's harmful rays. It is recommended to wear at least SPF 30 every day and reapply often (every two hours after swimming and sweating). 

 Our formula: 

The formula contains micronized zinc oxide, in addition to moisturizing agents like coconut alkanes, shea butter, apple fruit extract to ensure your complexion stays comfortable and calm all day long. Developed with gentle and natural ingredients, it will leave your skin feeling silky and hydrated. It also features hydrogenated jojoba seed extract and glycerin, both of which add a nice boost of nourishment for dry and dehydrated skin.

 Key Active ingredient: 18.9% Zinc Oxide is an effective sunscreen concentration. 

Additional Ingredients:

Coconut Alkanes - great emollient for skin, helps to create a barrier to lock in moisture. Allows for a silky, hydrated finish.

Glycerin and Aloe Vera Juice - for hydration

Shea Butter, Jojoba Seed Extract, Apple Fruit Extract - for moisturizing and softening 

 Uses:

• Helps prevent sunburn.  
• If used as directed with other sun protection measures, this product decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.
